Alliance highly appreciates your care in a thorough pre-trip inspection and the verification that each unit meets DOT standards. For each inspection you receive, please send your signed inspection sheet to your dispatcher. Your dispatcher will verify with safety that there are no violations, and pay our your bonus as stated below.
PHOTO SUBMISSIONS
Alliance has been working on its presence on social media. We would love to see photos of you and the work you are doing. If you are willing to be posted on our pages or website, send photos of you with your trucks to your dispatcher, and they can forward them to our media manager. Alliance can be found on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Go like, follow, and share our pages on your accounts! Thank you!

- Safety has been working to update emergency contact information for all drivers. If you have not sent this information to your dispatcher, please send it in so your file can be updated.
- Please be sure to send the following items to your dispatcher after each load is complete:
o BOL with signatures
o Pick up and drop off photos
o ALL fuel receipts
o Logs to logs@alliancedriveaway.com

Your March training bundle is all about vehicle inspections . Please complete this training as soon as possible. A reminder email will be sent out on March 22, 2024 if you have not completed this training.
REMINDERS
Complete logs daily (on duty and off duty).
Send ALL fuel receipts to your dispatcher with signed BOL at time of settlement.
Fill out all documents legibly. Send BOLs, receipts, logs, and any other documents in as a PDF. HP Smart and CamScanner are good free tools to use to do this.

FUEL DISCOUNTS
TA/Petro offers $0 .30 off. This discount is automatic when using your Comdata card and will not be reflected on your receipt but will show up on the Comdata application.
The Mud Flap application offers general fuel discounts available to anyone using it.
