Alliance has been working on more presence with social medias. We would love to see photos of you and the work you are doing. If you are willing to be posted on our pages or website, send photos of you with your trucks to your dispatcher and they can forward to our medias manager. MOVE LEADS
Alliance’s sales team works hard to connect with new customers and expand our commitments with current ones. If you come across a potential client that could use our driveaway services or has transportation needs, please help us in obtaining their contact information. This can be submitted to any member of our staff, so it can be sent to the sales team. As always, we appreciate your help in this matter.

  • Safety has been working to update emergency contact information for all drivers. If you have not sent this information to your dispatcher, please send it in so your file can be updated.
  • Please be sure to send the following items to your dispatcher after each load is complete:

o BOL with signatures

o Pick up and drop off photos

o ALL fuel receipts

o Logs to logs@alliancedriveaway.com

RECRUITING/REFERRAL BONUS

We appreciate you sending valuable drivers our way! For each driver you refer, you will receive a bonus as stated below. Your bonus will be paid out after the new driver completes their 5th load.

CLEAN INSPECTION BONUS
Alliance highly appreciates your care in a thorough pre-trip inspection and the verification that each unit meets DOT standards. For each inspection you receive, please send your signed inspection sheet to your dispatcher. Your dispatcher will verify with safety that there are no violations, and pay our your bonus as stated below.

Boom Driver Candidate $150.00

Deck Driver Candidate $200.00

LOYALTY INCENTIVE

All Drivers +$0.05/mile after two

For all after-hours emergencies please call 800-218-0882. We will not load advances, settlements, send BOLs, or assign loads after hours.

MONTHLY TRAINING

Your February training bundle is all about logging and hours of service. This bundle included two modules; Hours of Service: Basics and Hours of Service: Limits. Please complete this training as soon as possible. A reminder email will be sent out on February 15th.

REMINDERS

– Complete logs daily (on duty and off duty).
– Send ALL fuel receipts to your dispatcher with signed BOL at time of settlement.
– Fill out all documents legibly. Send BOLs, receipts, logs, and any other documents in as a PDF. HP Smart and CamScanner are good free tools to use to do this.
